In general, the hotel is of a high standard. Excellent location for Yom Kippur. Including all arrangements for the holiday. Prices for two nights are high in relation to the value.

The hotel was full of tourists from abroad with many small children who were out of control, making a lot of noise and a mess in the dining room and the guest hall and it's a shame. The synagogue on Yom Kippur was not a regular Hebrew prayer and we had to pray in an outdoor synagogue which was a shame

it was great. You need to check why you hear noises during your stay in the room. Both of people and also sounds of repairing or opening water in the shower. In any case return to vacation at this hotel. Thank you.

תודה רבה על האירוח המהנה והנעים. אנו זוג שהולך הרבה לבתי מלון כך שיש לנו למה להשוות. נהננו מאוד. המחיר לזוג חצי פנסיון מעט גבוה. אבל היה שווה

המיקום מצוין וגם העובדים נחמדים. בלילה היה סיוט, המזגנים עבדו על איוורור בלבד או משהו כזה והיה חם מאוד, לא הצלחנו לישון כל הלילה.. מלבד זה כמלון שמתיימר להיות 5 כוכבים הייתי מצפה ליותר מבחינת אפילו רמה של ערכת הקפה לפחות טסטר צ'ויס. המקום כבר די מיושן... רוב האוכל היה טוב מאוד ונהננו ממנו מלבד הבלינצס שהיו בוודאות לא מאותו היום ולחמניות שהיה נראה שיצאו מההקפאה..

We are a fourth year in the hotel on Yom Kippur because of the closeness to the Temple of Solomon. Unfortunately, this time I suffered from severe stomach poisoning because of eating a tuna salad that seems to be spoiled. The hotel, of course, claimed that it was a virus even though it had been a day later. It's too bad that it ended this way.

An example of the service is amazing that we received, we stopped on our way to the hotel several hours due to a traffic accident on way to Jerusalem and saw we get after nine in the evening and we lose the dinner was half board so we called reception and they told us not to worry and he turned to the duty manager on one with our arrival at the hotel. We arrived at a quarter to ten and let us eat dairy gourmet restaurant of the hotel plus only 50 S``h per person and we had a sumptuous meal despite the late arrival time.

Excellent location. A good hotel. Good food and expensive. The food was good on Saturday but expensive and not worth the high price. We were in August and the hotel was full. It seemed Sbhd``a were not prepared for this amount of people.

We enjoyed the holiday very much and without a doubt we will return for future hotel's location could not be better, both in terms of walking distance to the important and central places in Jerusalem and in terms of the wonderful scenery probably higher floors. The pool is very clean, the dining room is very rich and varied. The hotel management should allow free parking for hotel guests ...

We enjoyed the meal very hotel and reception staff attitude and hotel. We enjoyed the tour and the guide full Absalom. There is room for improvement of cleanliness in the room.
